These terms govern access to and use of the BlackSea Independent Energy Trading platform. By registering or using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Platform role

BlackSea facilitates introductions and trade between verified suppliers and end-buyers. Listings and quotes are the responsibility of the issuing party. BlackSea is not a party to contracts concluded between users unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility & verification

Accounts are subject to approval. We may request KYC documentation and may suspend accounts that breach our procedures. We operate strictly with end-buyers and genuine suppliers.

3. No financial advice

Reference prices and market insights are indicative and do not constitute investment, legal or financial advice.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BlackSea is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.
